I support adults from ages of 18 yrs + facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties,. self-esteem, confidence issues, grief, bereavement, major life transitions, addiction recovery and trauma.
Whatever you’re experiencing, I offer a compassionate, safe space to explore your feelings, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and work toward healing and meaningful change. You don’t have to face these challenges alone—I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
It may appear as constant worry, rumination, overthinking, panic attacks, or a sense of unease that’s hard to explain.
Anxiety can affect your ability to feel calm, present, and in control, often leaving you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed.
We'll explore what’s driving your anxiety and how it shows up in your thoughts, body, and daily life.
We’ll build practical strategies to reduce anxiety, develop self-awareness, and help you feel more steady, empowered, and at ease.
