Therapy Space Guidance
📝 In this section, share a few thoughtful photos of where you work — whether it’s a treatment room, home studio, or online setup.
Your space doesn’t need to be fancy — it just needs to feel welcoming. The goal is to help potential clients visualise themselves arriving, feel safe, and begin to relax before they even book.
If you work from home:
Make the space look intentional and warm (think: soft lighting, plants, a peaceful corner)
Tidy up and photograph from the client’s point of view
Show the chair/bed they’ll use, and anything you do to create a sense of care and attention
If you work online:
Include a photo of you smiling on a video call
Show your desk setup — light, simple, friendly
Reassure clients that sessions work beautifully online, and explain why
đź’ˇ Example (Online EFT & Coaching):
I work online via Zoom, which means you can experience this work from the comfort of your own home. I always recommend choosing a quiet, cosy space where you won’t be disturbed. All you need is a stable internet connection and somewhere to sit comfortably.
Many of my clients actually prefer working online because they feel safer expressing themselves in their own environment, and they can take time to rest straight after the session.
Online Sessions
provide online counselling via Google Meet, so you can experience therapy from a private, quiet space free from interruptions.Â
Note: it’s important to have a stable internet connection and a confidential environment where you can speak openly and authentically
Note: that sessions won’t be extended for time lost due to lateness or technical issues.Â
