Duration:

50minutes- 1 hour - to protect the therapeutic space - the session will not go over time 

Fee:

60euro per session

Cancellations & Late Arrivals:

• Life happens — but please try to give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full fee.  These policies help me manage my time and energy, and ensure fairness for all clients. - online option - 

• Arrive on time— I won’t be able to go over if you’re late, as I’ll have someone else after you.

• Please note that if you attend a session under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, we will be unable to proceed, and full session fees will still apply. 

Urgent Help & Support

• Psychotherapy or Counselling is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress, experiencing a mental health emergency, if you are at harm to yourself or others-contact emergency services - refer to urgent helpline information below.

• Therapy is a space for ongoing exploration and support, and not a substitute for urgent care.
